Hey all, I believe it's about time for another DnB mixtrain... I'm gonna say that 8 members at 20 minutes a piece is too long and so difficult to get completed, I'm gonna say we should go with 6 people at around 25 minutes or so, hit this post up if you are interested...

I'd like to say we could have this done within 2 months with everyone getting a week or so to complete their mix. I'd hope we could get someone involved that has experience mastering mixes as I am clueless when it comes to those sort of things...

17.11.2011		Im about ready to start a new Mix Train soon! The heavy/dark dnb train. have lots of goodies in store for that one. I love my liquid dnb, but sometimes i just gotta get that aggression out =D

Whatever Deinfamous wants to end off on will be fine... I'll take it and roll with it... only planning to do dubby stuff for the last 1/2 or 1/3 of my part. Really have no problems with waiting but it's likely I will need about a week or two to get my part done and uploaded with the insanity of papers, final projects and then exams being upon me as the term comes to a close.
Word, I'll do it up toevening or tomorrow. Depends on how crazy my work day ends.

14.11.2011		Done my bit, mix uploading now.

Clanged a bit on no fear, but it wasnt the end of the world. The rest is deep and funky with some heavy rollers at the end. Lovin the work so far, shaping up to be a good mix!

Alright, sorry i been away for a while guys... stupid Modern Warfare 3 is really eating up my time and i had a bit of a vacation.

@Duttylectric - I knew something seemed wrong with your part lol, i thought maybe i was just crazy at first but anyways, glad it got fixed!

@Deinfamous - You will be up next as soon as Flash101 uploads his part. make sure that your part sets up well for Citizen Insane's "dubby" ending lol. Also, Citizen Insane has been waiting quite a while now, so if you could do your part and upload it as soon as possible, that would be great.

@Citizen Insane - I hope you dont mind Deinfamous going before you, it will work out best i believe if it goes that way.

No worries man, I've had this shit with ableton too. It just does what it wants to sometimes. I use audacity now.

Probably best to just upload a clean version, I'm relatively sure Flash hasn't gotten around to recording his part yet.

The beginning of your mix is consistent with 174. The end IS 185. Get a bpm counter out and test it for yourself, seriously, dont take my word for it.

Pretty much, I'll probably spend the last half of my part with that kind of stuff... there are a few other tunes that I kinda want to drop as well. I'll probably listen to Flash's part and then just roll off the vibe from his and see where it goes.

Because its definitely not 174.5 as you originally stated.

yeah i cut dem together in ableton. i run traktor -> smartmixer -> ableton anyways so that was fine.

i would have like 2 dnb tunes that fast to join on that point lol. sounds like someones gotta use his freeze button there

Micro Organism has such a great intro, absolute class tune that reminds me Noisia hasn't lost their drum & bass yet

Doubt the vinyl will arrive in time (dunno how long it takes to post from the UK to Canada but our mail is pretty sluggish) and I likely won't have time to rip it (good thing I have the single in digital too)... that said, go ahead and take care of Micro Organism, I'm planning to take this thing deep & dubby (see that Morphy tune I posted) for the last 1/2 of my mix or so since I'm planning to be the last one of this train.

I'll post pics in the vinyl thread when it arrives, pretty sure it is white, and I've got chemical records notifying me when the other two become available
