Reply to Credetiquette...?

Just finishing up a dubstep track featuring some Loleatta Holloway vocals. It's definitely not a remix though. I was wondering if it would be considered poor etiquette to title the track me (feat. Lolleatta Holloway) - song name?

Is that something that collaborating artists agree to?
Would labeling the track as such come off as a cheap way to get people to listen to my stuff?

What are some other ways to give credit where credit is due?
