Reply to Dutch House Specific Question!

Ok, so I hear you guys are the BEST of the BEST on here..

I've recently gotten into production, specifically with Dutch House. I've learned that alot of the underlying beats of the syncopated Dutch House sound are made using subs. I have learned (more or less) how to make the typical subs in songs like this:

Is it subs that I'm hearing or are those toms? Sorry Im such a newb and thanks so much in advanced!!!!
