Arpeggiator Posted on: 04.10.2011 by Stephaine Hains Can anyone explain/have any tips on how to mimic alesso's arpeggiation in this song, starts around 1:10.I'm using logic so I can use the arpeggiator in the 'environment' and I also have sylenth1 which has a built in arpeggiator, which one would you guys recommend for ease of use etc.? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcaQ_yO-S6E | |

Stephaine Hains 17.10.2011 | Thanks guys, just tried it out and it seems to be just 16th notes like you said Also, can anyone explain how to use the arpeggiator in sylenth1, or point me to a tutorial, the interface/options for it is a little confusing to me |
Gino Henderlight 04.10.2011 | this should work too its basically the same idea that I have, maybe a lil bit easier |
Stanley Topoleski 04.10.2011 | just add a synth with 16th notes and and some side chained compression, once the bang/crash happens switch the lead to full notes that should work, also work with cutoff to get the nice filter effect |
Gino Henderlight 03.10.2011 | I dont believe its arpegiator.. You can aim the same thing with 16th and cut off automation .. maybe change the velocity accent like he did. |
Cristian Carmona 03.10.2011 | no youtube for me at work. wish i could help. |
