Entered this in this week's 'Flip This' contest over at FutureProducers:

Original sample:

(Just listen to the first 25 seconds, that's where 95% of what I sampled comes from)

My Flip:
http://www.soundclick.com/player/sin...&q=hi&newref=1

Let me know if you can dig the vibe!

You can see everyone else's flips here: http://www.futureproducers.com/community ...thread-382970/

Sounds really good, man! The drum kit sounds awesome, really garagy vibe.

Don't know if you're looking for constructive crits, but I'm assuming you're open to some opinions! Is this supposed to be a strictly instrumental beat or is it supposed to get some vocals over it?

Cause if it's supposed to be instrumental I would have loved some more melodic parts coming in in like second part of the song. You had this awesome rhytmical stuff going on, and i believe it would have sounded incredible with some melodies going in.

Also some more subtle stuff in the background (like reverbed - echoed out one shots or whatever, the odd blip here and there) would really be awesome to just get a little more action into the mix.

Really digging the vibe though, keep up the awesome job!
