Reply to Name that old school acidish synth...

I've been trying to figure out how to remake a synth i've heard in a couple tracks thats got almost a 90's acid techno sound to it.

here's a remix of an old carl craig track and it has what im trying to recreate (right about 3:25 and 6:07 again, the higher pitched one):
