Reply to I'm stumped

Hey guys,

I've been trying to figure out how to master my mashups and stuff because I record through Traktor, like, I'll drop acapellas and samples etc on top in real-time because as of now I don't know how to use any other DAWs. My question is, every time I record, it sounds as if the volume of the final track produced is much lower than it should be, so my conclusion was that I should probably look into mastering said tracks.

My question basically is, what would you guys suggest? Where should I take the final product from Traktor's in-built recording to so that I can master it? Is it possible to get good software for that for free?
