Reply to Fruity Loops or Ableton Live for using loops and samples

I'm trying to get a feel for which program to buy to use with my sample packs, not 100% sure which will have more options or be simpler to use. Someone help guide me in the right direction as to which or any program would be best for simplicity purposes.
