Reply to Pitch Bend and Transpose help!

Hey there,

Can some one give me the low down on these?

I know with transpose to keep within 0,6,12,18....
But how does that correspond to pitched such as in ableton? like the range withing sylenth1 one is that it and put pitchbend to max?
