Reply to Anybody got tips on getting started with producing tracks??

I've been making my own personal mixes and sharing them with friends for a while now. I want to take a step forward and start producing my own tracks.

The only issue is I don't really know where to start (as i'm sure plenty of people can relate to). Any suggestions?
