Reply to speakers/monitiors for production and djing

Hi all

its time to upgrade my speakers. I need them for djing and amateur beat making. most kinds of electronic music. My bed rooms about 3 or 4 meters square. i was wondering if i can get some studio moniters that would be good for both as I dont really want to buy two sets of speakers.
can any one recommend any suitable for djing and production, keeping in mind my beat making will be very amateur. i want to spend around 500. I like bass so i probably want 6" driver

Behringer Truth 2030a 6" wasnt sure about these as everything else behringer is crap but heard good things.
