Reply to FL Studio Beginner

I've been saving up some money for the last few months and recently purchased an Akai MPK49
I now have;

Akai MPK49
Akai APC40
Akai EIE I/O PRO

and I'm running FL Studio 10

I'm pretty new to FL Studio but I am eager to learn as much as possible, and i need help utilizing both controllers. Currently I got the keyboard to work, but would anyone recommend a way to use the APC and the rest of the knobs on the MPC.
