Reply to Itch and i7 issues

Hay Super cool crew, just got my ns7 and itch.
Having some lag / crash issues and Think I've found the problem, but can't
find any useful advice just people with the same issues.
running the intel i7 with 4g ram 64bit windows 7 etc so I've got cpu to spare
I seldom see it above 20 percent usage yet with itch only 1 of 8 core's seems to be powering it and is at 100% when issues begin
