Reply to Itch + Twitch won't play tracks

Heya!

I've just recieved my Novation Twitch I ordered in the DJTT sale (thanks for that ean!)
But now I've ran into a problem, I can launch Itch and everything is good and well, I can load songs with the browser on my Twitch. And then comes the big moment, pressing play. Well, nothing happens when I do so.

Below there's a screenshot of the situation.

TL;DR - When I pres the play button on my Twitch nothing plays in my Itch
