Reply to Sharing Serato SL4

I was wondering if it was possible to share serato? Me and a 2 friends are planning on picking up Sl4 and were wondering if we can purchase the sl4 package put the software into 3 separate computers and buy the hardware(SL4 Box, Cables, and Vynil/Cd's) separately to save a couple of bucks?
