01.06.2008 | just that they are black and have the labeling for the SE edition funtions. I also chose different fonts and a slightly different layout. So its all just visual. Hope that answers the question. |
Thomas Beecken 03.04.2008 | Ean, Just curious & educating myself. Forgive me if this was posted elsewhere and I overlooked it. What is the difference (if any, besides cosmetic) between the VCI-100 Ean Golden SE plates & Vestax's Standard issue plates? |
Ryan Morales 02.04.2008 | Can you post the template for the VCI so that I can start working on design concepts now? My job is a bit boring atm so need something to do at work ;D Cheers |
Adil Laresh 02.04.2008 | i believe the arcade buttons serve a very specific purpose for "controllerist" type of dj's I play techno and if I was using vinyl I don't believe that I could be scratching... I really believe though that using a controller + laptop you need to step the game up because otherwise if you do the standard DJ thing with modern day tools you wont get the proper respect unless you take full advantage of what the technology can now offer.. |
02.04.2008 | great, so the general consensus is to keep it clean and coool |
Ryan Morales 02.04.2008 | Yeah I totally agree with keeping the design as clean as possible. In saying that it doesn't mean it can't be somewhat interesting. Being a graphic designer for a job this is one of the most important considerations - sophistication, simplicity and style. But I totally agree with Eans idea for doing it for the upgrade, thus allowing people to have a choice. |
Andre Ordonez 02.04.2008 | Another "keep this device as clean as possible" vote! |

Bruno Britto 01.04.2008 | Absolutely no way defacing my lovely black VCI SE!! |

So people will be designing the plates which people can buy for their existing silver and black vci-100's. I believe the limited edition ones shoudl stay very clean and black. What do you believe? |
Virginia Ortiz 01.04.2008 | ill vote for this guy!!! |
