Need help getting functionality

I'm lost, I installed the Traktor 3LE disc that came with my VCI-100SE and updated to 3.3.2 (the newest I assume). Then I downloaded the VCI-100SE tks files from the community sticky; however, it seems with the LE version you can't load tks files or something. I registered a copy of the full version of Traktor, but it doesn't show that I have it on the website and won't allow me to update. I'm using an outdated version of Traktor 3, but I got the tks files uploaded (I believe). I am completely lost how to use the deck and the modes confuse me. It doesn't seem to be able to do much other than crossfade and kill the EQs. This isn't turning out anything like I expected...

The vci-100SE will work with Traktor LE but you need to be using the Traktor LE TKS and firmware version 1.2 (watch this video to learn how to switch between firmware on the vci-100)

To get optimal performance and all the features you need Traktor 3.3 or above. Once 3.3 has been installed, you will load the TKS files found in this community into the program and all the functions will work.

To be honest, it sounds like you need to try the crossfader assign buttons in Traktor. They are fairly well hidden and are how you set which deck is on which side of the crossfader.

I have LE installed legit and now I got the full Traktor 3.3.2.060 to "work" on my system, but I can't register the serial of the full version. How do I know if it "took" the tks file? I still have almost no control. For instance I load a song on deck A and when I have the fader all the way to the left it has no sound. It only plays when I have it like it was on deck B; however, deck B works fine as it plays when the fader is all the way to the right. Virtual DJ made so much more sense.

I'm confused. Are you using "Traktor 3" or "Traktor 3 LE"?
