problems with the loops

hey guys,

I just downloaded the vci setup and watched the tutorial. When I came to the loop section I couldn't go further. I can set a loop but shorten it won't work.

Also for the effects, the middle nob doesn't give me the reverb when I import the tks file.

I upgraded to the new official firmware last year at Vestax

I realy hope I don't need to upgrade my firmware myself? Don't have any technical stuff to do that with.
