Can't cue with jog wheel?

I'm new to this so forgive my nubyism.

I picked up a vci-100 se which has had the firmware 1.3 update from ranking s already installed. I'm using traktor 1.1 with the most recent tsi 2.0

When I engage beat juggle I am not able to use the platter as a cue point (I tap the platter and nothing happens) I have adjusted the sensitivity to max. Cues 1-4 work though.

It also seems when in Fader Fx mode, there is no freeze when volume slider is all the way down.

I have reset the unit a few times holding down Loop A and B attempting to switch between Firmwares... The weird thing is that both modes seem to be the same (there is not difference in how the controller responds in Traktor).

Questions I would like answered for my sanitiy?

1. Will beat/juggle and fader FX performance mode work with firmware 1.2?

2. Does the cue platter option work with firmware 1.2?

3. Do I really have the firmware 1.3 update? Is there an easy way to tell what firmware version I have installed in my VCI-100.

PLease help.. Driving me mad...

I was reading in the community about testing which firmware I have. I pushed both scratch/juggle buttons at the same time and jog wheels went dark. Pitch bend was definitely disabled.... SO I guess I have firmware 1.2 not 1.3 like I was told. SO .... I need to upgrade but there are no more kits for sale. Anyone know when more kits will be for sell? Is there going to be a new firmware update like 1.4?
