Pic 8 used sanding barrel and files to fine tune fit only removing what need to be taken out to ensure tight fit. Finished up holes with jb weld, and the auto glazing putty,(bondo in a tube, no need to mix catalyst) I plan to do a custom paint job on it, i had it apart to long, so i slapped some primer and black paint for now. Pic 13 and 14 shows final for now. I didnt showed my processes of wiring up, i dont want to step on DJTT's toes as to the point they have the kits they are trying to sell. more wanted to show diy machine work instead of paying a shop. I am willing to chat with anyone needing any help or questions they have, or what parts i used and such. Hope you enjoy I am.

Pic 1 and 2 shows clear acetate paper used to make stencil. Pic 3 used a hole template to make perfect circles(15/16" is perfect size). Pic 5 Gold permanent pen to mark holes. Pic 6 had to remove posts from lower part of case. I just grabbed inside posts with pliers and worked post back and fort carefully to work harden the welds and post just pulled right out. I was not interested in sawing or filing through them. Pic 7 used a metal bur from hardware store to remove large portions (being that the case was aluminum, it took no time.)
