Reply to jog wheel sensitivity changes mid set

howdy

sometimes one (never both) of my jog wheels really reduces in senstivitiy. When i say sensitvity i mean a revolution of the wheel moves the track forward or backward much less than usual.

i cant work out what I am changing (must be by presing a hotkey unintentionally) - but all goes back to noraml when i re-boot T3.

Any ideas? imk guessing its v straightforward but i cant diagnose the reason for the change..
