Reply to traktor pro 1.2.4 glitches

i just recently upgraded my traktor pro to version 1.2.4 and when i start it up, and press the play button, it plays for a split second then stops. i hear the audio but it doesnt not stay playing. also when i press the "snap" icon so that i can snap to the grid it does not work. also i hear the audio from the music, glitching and looping extremely fast for no reason when i am not pressing any buttons and nothing externally is connected. the older versions worked just fine but now i cant use the program and even when i hook up my midi controller, it cant even work without glitchin.

I even re-installed traktor and it works fine until i upgrade again. as far as i know everything it setup just right just as soon as i upgraded all of this start happening.

i have a mac book with an 2.4Ghz Intel processor with 4Gigs of RAM.

Please HELP!
