Reply to LED'S not responding

hey ya'll, first off i want to say that this website has been a resource of inspiration and community, and since i've just begun my controllerism career with my first VCI-100 arcade edition i apologize for my rudimentary questions.

second i've noticed that after about 30 minutes or so of playing with my arcade VCI-100 some of the LEDs do not respond.


for example; the fader FX button light does not turn off, the sync lights no longer turn blue, the headphone lights no longer turn on.

is this a software issue or a hardware issue?

i feel it maybe software because i had to edit my TSI file because it did not correspond with the mapping provided.
