Reply to Custom Firmware Updating?

Just out of pure curiosity,

Is there any known way of updating my VCI-100's Firmware to the DJTT 1.3 Version WITHOUT having the Firmware Updater? I want to get the performance benefits, but cannot get my hands on an updater...
