Reply to Latency Problems

Ok I know That i need to upgrade

I have NI Tractor Pro , with VCI-100 Arcade ( and i love it ! )
with no extra Audio ( so i am running my laptop Audio Driver )

here is my computer stats

cpu Q 720

Ram - 6.00GB

64-but Operating systme

i cant change or Modify my Latency within the Tractor Program , please hlep me find out how to make it work , i am sick of the pops !
