Reply to What Firmware mmmmmmm?

Ok as i have said in another post i have got a VCI off fleabay. It has no green sticker on it. But on taking out of the bag toevening i noticed the screw from the bottom of the VCI is missing. Making me believe someones been in it. Is there a way to find out if its a 1.3. I have tried the button way but both buttons turn on and off. Is there another way?
