Reply to DJTT overlay starting to warp.

as the title says my brand new overlay is beginning to warp. I had a feeling like this one would be trouble because the backing near the inside area of the jogs was beginning to peel upon arrival. I followed instructions as per the djtt tutorial vid. at first it looked great (although I do miss the flat black look of the previous overlay), but now it has the appearance of air bubbles forming near the line faders and above the gain knobs. also it seems as if very small amounts of adhesive are is secreting from the bottom near the cross fader. is anyone else having issues or did I receive a defective overlay?

Edit: also to clarify the warping isn't caused by actual air bubbles....just best way to describe the appearance of the warping
