Reply to Right Deck Slice button

Hey guys

I just got my VC-100 SE and it is SICK! However, the right deck "slice" button has stopped working and I tried reloading the mapping but it doesn't seem to be setting up the slice. Is there a way of fixing this? Have you had this problem before?
