Reply to Vci 100 black overlay with cue labels??

Hi!
What's the difference between the Black overlay for the silver VCI-100 with yellow cue labels(cue 1, cue 2...) at the bottom and the one without them? I would like to buy the one with the cue labels but I can't find It here...
