Reply to vci -100se v4.1 ...help

can some please help me with this mapping im looking to import the mapping..it acepts the mapping but none of the controls on the controller moves any of the knobs ..buttons etc on the software...also do i have to use the set up wizard as well?....quite frustrated here im running tp2 with all the updates on a macbook pro and dj audio 8
