Reply to vci 100 cue delay

Hi GOOD PEOPLE--
I have been happily using my vci 100 for 5 years now with virtual dj 5.5 on my pc laptop- windows vista.
recently I have noticed the cue function LAGS about 1 second. I would try rebooting and the problem still occurs--. does anybody have any ideas how to fix? thanks
