Reply to Figher only works on one channel?

I have my midi fighter and have been using the IG mapping for about 2 months now and it's been good but just this week for some reason after 5 minutes of use only channel B works now ? If I use on any other channel TP still gets the midi signal as I can see on the software but the actual sound doesn't work for the effects being activated , It's really weird everything works but I can only hear it on channel B ? does anyone have any suggestions for this problem?
