05.07.2012		i've bought too much music stuff in the last month or so: let's see...an hp i5 laptop, x1, vci-400 ege with mono bag, krk limited edition grey rokit 8s, and a maschine with free krk rokit 5s.

believeing about adding a small sub and i should be good for a while.

Can't get enough of these headphones! Got them for $30 dollars off at Guitar Center and the more I use them the more I like them. They're great for producing at evening when I cant use my KRK's and they've changed little in 20 years, but still are considered a standard so you know Sennheiser is doing something right.

to be honest, I couldn't say, I've spent a total of 10 mins with it setting up Pro Tools.

After playing with my nanokontrol2, I've realized that a control surface without motorized faders and scribble strips really is a let down. i just ordered up some blue 1/4 90 degree to 1/4 stariaght in bright blue... its all about the colors homie.. so when i have to break down or reroute cables, i know whats going to what and where... and they make the 2 meter size which is perfect.. 1 meter is alway too short and 3 too long for the home setup, which will be complete on saturday after my IKEA trip, ill post pics when its all up n running, i hope you all like what i have planned

I'll have to check on that. All of mine are black. It kinda makes the spaghetti that happens harder to trace when there's a problem.
