2012 DJTT forum mix competition

  • 30 minutes max If you go over I'll give you the option of cutting the end or the beginning.
  • Full track list required.
  • PM a link to download your mix and tell me what category you want to be in. I will not pass judgment if I believe your techno mix is trance or vice-versa. It's up to you to know what you're playing.
  • I will not make any volume or EQ adjustments to your mix. It's up to you to make those before you send it to me.
  • All mixes must be done live in one take.
  • Each category must have at least two entrants. You do not automatically win if you have the only polkacore mix
  • No identifying which mix is yours in any way. If you're found to do this your mix will be pulled. If you send me a Soundcloud link make sure it's private and you send me the private link. Keep it private until the contest is over.
  • You have until Midevening CST September 8th. Voting will end on September 30th at 10:00 PM CST. It's up to you to figure out what time that is in your time zone. Anything the community s says was sent after that time will not be included

29.09.2012		I've taken my daughter to an ice skating birthday party & sat in Costa's trying to listen to mixes.

The only way I can listen is via Mixcloud iPhone app, as wont play via this website. Damn Mixcloud app is playing 5-10 mins of the mix and then stopping with no way of picking up where I left off, grrr. 3G reception is fine, iPlayer is working fine.

That is the intrinsic problem with such a contest and longer playtimes. It simply takes a lot of time to listen well enough to be fair to all.
