Is it normal for traktor waveforms to appear blurry while cue juggling?

just curious. its seems better when they are close together but when I jump around the track it gets pretty messy. its only for a split second. but annoying nonetheless.

23.10.2012		The waveform is drawn directly from the audio cached in memory. The waveform from audio not cached in memory is taken from the stripe under the waveform. It isn't nearly as detailed so appears blurry. So it's "normal". Still looks like arse though.

22.10.2012		in the first versions of pro 2, the ui behind the playhead had a tendency to just disappear, also when skipping throught the track it would do that. they "fixed" that by making behind the playhead blurry and they still haven't fixed it.

22.10.2012		Traktor will blur the bit before your cue point, it's just what it does. Something to do with the way it caches waveforms.

22.10.2012		Are you on a fairly new computer/laptop?

I'm on a 2006 MacBook Pro. I rarely have issues with audio but at times I have experienced what you are talking about.

22.10.2012		I sometimes find that when I cue to a specific place in the track, the section before the cue is blurry until you move the track to before the cue, then it becomes clear again. I guess it only loads a hi-res waveform for after the cue, rather than before?

Guessing that this is also what is happening to you.
