Anyone beatgrid their tracks in Rekordbox?
Anyone beatgrid their tracks in Rekordbox? Posted on: 19.11.2013 by Marcelina Hanaway I wasn't aware you could beatgrid tracks in RB until recently. Is it similar to how it's done in Traktor? Easier? More of a pain? I know, I know. Why don't I try it myself? Well, I'm lazy, I'm at work, I'm bored, and I need some conversation in my life right now. | |

Alphonso Deitchman 19.11.2013 | Yes, the database info is imported across, rather than it just being referenced. |
Marcelina Hanaway 19.11.2013 | Was just watching a tutorial. Seems easy enough. If I import the beatgrids from Traktor, and somewhere along the road decide to uninstall Traktor, will these beatgrids still stay in Rekordbox? |
Branden Wentler 19.11.2013 | Rekordbox can also handle more than one grid marker. |
Katheryn Bartschi 19.11.2013 | According to the rekord buddy guys, the granularity of the beat grids in rekordbox aren't as fine as the beatgrids in traktor. In the real world, it probably doesn't make much of a difference. |
Alphonso Deitchman 19.11.2013 | It's pretty easy, you have similar adjustments to Traktor, but you can always import your Traktor grids using Rekord Buddy if you have a Mac. |
