I've browsed hollerboard for years but have never posted. It's unfortunately slowing down and dying in its advanced age. In its day, it was a board populated by DJs where there was very little "talking shop". Most of it was nonsense, humor, "what do you believe of this new/good/popular record", and current events.

Haven't been there in a while, it could be gone by now.

I used to patronize the NI community s, but it doesn't interest me anymore for some reason. DJTT is really the only community where I enjoy "talking shop".

I use this site and Dj community s.

Dj community s i find amusing, i mainly read posts and giggle at the arguments. Occaisionally there is something of worth on there, and i find the community moves faster than this one.
I've just signed up for that DigitalDj Tips though, seems like a good site.

i don't know.... i have accounts at a few other ones like dubstepcommunity , glitchhopcommunity , idmcommunity and torrentech but the only one i check very often is djranking s.

this place rocks. lots of good information and the regulars are a pleasant crowd.

I use this community , DJcommunity s.com and dubstepcommunity .com and newraveorder.com (local new england EDM community ). I generally really like all of them, though I don't often post on dubstepcommunity .com because I really do feel like there are a lot of elitist pricks on there who honestly have bad taste in music. But there are gems now and again.

kiss-o-matic's theory of internet community s: douchebagery is directly proportionate to member size. Unfortunately, it is... just like everything in real life. Smaller community = less shit heads. I like it here better.

I gotta stick up for DJForums here. Not sure where the snobby thing comes from, but everyone's experience is different. I find the noise on there MUCH LESS than at places like FutureProducers or IDM. It's also nice because you can find ALL kinds of DJs there (which is great if you're trying to get multiple points of view). Plus, the guys that run it are great.

i also write on www.evening clubber.com.ar but most of the traffic goes in spanish (specially technical info), might be a problem for you. DJTT is miles ahead in that subject, one of the reasons i am getting more active here, but still save some local arses over there.

let's face it, most of the djs out there are snobby, whether they write or not.

Long live DJTT!!!! and Ean, he is golden
