Hello, I’m Luke Carterr from the USA, and I want to talk about my move From academia to the clinic . Changing from working in research to working in a clinic was one of the best choices I made. I got to use the knowledge and skills I learned from years of studying to help patients, which was both challenging and rewarding. It was amazing to see how my work could make a real difference in people’s lives. This change has helped me grow a lot, both in my career and as a person.
