Biography

Ben De Gaule was born in Belgium. In the 80’s his father was a broadcaster on local radio, that is when Ben first fell in love with music. He acquired his first vinyl’s and DJ equipment at age 16 and performed a lot of parties with his friend Manu. They even preformed at local small bars for fun and to get some free drinks! He stopped DJ’ing at age 18, sold his stuff and went to live with his father in Canada. 2 years later he discovered a new passion, producing! First few tracks sounded like something from another planet but he kept persevering and obtained more experience and confidence with each passing day. In 2008, he decided to go back to school at the famous Recording Art Canada. It was a great experience for him. He then proceeded to build his studio at home and began his new passion, producing and engineering his own tracks. In 2013, Ben De Gaule launched his first track on Vortek Records with “Can’t Reach You”. An amazing compilation of music backed with powerful melodies. There are a lot of projects are on the way for this young amazing artist and the best is yet to come!
