Biography
Dale Middleton is now established as the one to watch in the current melodic house scene. His first run of releases in 2012 were snapped up by Lowbit, Outside the Box, Sound Avenue & Mirabilis Records with his latest tracks released on labels such as Sudbeat, Parquet Records, SexOnWax, Systematic and Perspectives Digital. This has seen Dale’s music being played all over the world gaining him some huge support from artists such as John Digweed, Sasha, Nick Muir, Hernan Cattaneo, Dubfire, Above & Beyond, Guy J, Agoria & many more. Now as an established artist Middleton’s tracks and mixes receive regular heavy support from radio stations such as Frisky, Proton, GWM Capital & Innervisions. In his early days influenced by the French house scene Middleton started to develop his own musical taste, playing small house parties and events for his friends, but soon his direction started to shift. With tracks being released on labels such as Bedrock & Renaissance, and DJ’s such as John Digweed, Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Carl Cox all catching his ear, he has now formed his own style of techno using strong melodies and complimenting bass lines. Using his unique style and distinctive blend of DJ’ing Dale has now played all over the world, this includes a very successful Tour of India in late 2013, Bloque Festival (Greece) in the summer and also at various Clubs & venues across his home in the UK, most notably at the Bedrock Records Easter Party at Area London. With his monthly show Subsidence Sounds being broadcast across the world on several high profile radio stations and downloadable as a podcast within iTunes Middleton is constantly impressing new fans and followers. He has constant high profile of Guest Artists on the show including the likes of Guy J, Ramon Tapia, Nick Muir, Deepfunk, Marcelo Vasami, Omid 16B + many others. With massive hype from the words best DJ’s and all the big labels fighting to snap up his latest tracks, this has pushed Dale into being one of the underground stars of Electronic Music.
