Following in the Netherlands' rich tradition of EDM, Dutch dance act Brooklyn Beat is the newest spot on the horizon. Formed and founded by DJ/producer Chris Davids in 2014, the collective brings an uplifting mix of ultra-infectious house and eurodance. Featuring various well-known artists from the Dutch urban scene, like ImroSelect and Niceguy The Illian, the BB trademark sound is also heavy influenced by hiphop and R&B, and is the ultimate best of both worlds. Their first single "Bitchez", which was release May 2014 and features Niceguy The Illian, has been a noticable Dutch chart hit and is a guaranteed dancefloor filler. The combination of great music, a slick image and Chris Davids' expertise on the turntable is what makes BB such a great act, either on the speakers or in the club. MC The Jan is the finishing touch to every Brooklyn Beat live performance; his energetic and humorous way of hyping the crowd is exacty the craziness that every good party night needs.
