The User guarantees the PRODUCER that the Musical Composition he/she creates and saves through the SOUNDHUNTERS platform is an original work within the meaning of the copyright law. By putting his/her Musical Composition on the Site, on the Application, on the PRODUCER partner web sites, the User however grants for a period of twelve (12) months, an exclusive usage license to the PRODUCER.
