| Rules: | In submitting your Remix, you must ensure that the Remix (excluding the Stems) does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. It must not include recordings made or owned or music written or owned by anyone other than you, save for the Stems. Entrants agree that any copyright and other intellectual property rights potentially vesting in their Remix will be granted to Emancipator Music Inc. without any payment to you and to this effect you hereby grant to us in perpetuity starting from the date of the upload of the Remix. Emancipator Music Inc shall have the exclusive right to use, reproduce, copy, transmit, publish, post, display, exhibit, broadcast, perform, and/or exploit the Remix. |
