How to buy region restricted tracks?
Posted on: 26.09.2013 by Vikki Falkenrath
There is way too much music restricted to where I live.
How to I access this? I would pay much more to have this tracks, but I can't download them at beatport..
Any ideas?

Ive done it with a few guys on here and vice versa, (though not much comes out in the UK before the US),

one or two guys on here ive had stuff shipped to their US address and theyve sent it to me because the seller refuses to ship to UK and its about 20% cheaper over there!

Sort of be cool if people on here did that for each other... Like gifted each other songs. Photojojo (what's happened to him?) and I did that a couple of times when I wanted something only available in the states

Have you tried other sources or looking for the same song released on a different label?

I see a lot of region restricted items at trackitdown, but sometimes they'll have the same song on another label that isn't restricted. Trackitdown really has a wide selection (on different labels, etc.) of a lot of the same music beatport does, plus they offer a "pro" discount for a monthly fee that will save you a boatload over beatport if you buy enough each month if you buy wav/aiff like me. (amount of savings probably depends on your exchange rate though)
