Software to Sample Music?
Software to Sample Music? Posted on: 20.05.2012 by Marti Virkler So, i'm trying to create a good series of samples, loops, one shots, etc. I know how to sample in ableton but feel it's just a bit clunky... Any other software out there that people use that is both quick and efficient at slicing up tracks to sample them? Thanks! Dave | |

Rolanda Clodfelder 20.05.2012 | Ableton is pretty click for creating and exporting one-shots .. the fact that you have stuff beat-locked is pretty handy - I generally do it in session view, consolidate each one, and drag the consolidated samples to a folder in the browser. |
Nancey Inderlied 20.05.2012 | Kontact is pretty solid for advanced sampling, if youre willing to pay the price for it. |
Nedra Fresneda 20.05.2012 | Any decent audio editor will do the job. You can get Audition for free. I prefer the clunky workflow in Ableton |
