Multicore Processor Support - on or off?

Ok, so when using other app i've noticed a bit of audio drop out on 2.5

So i've turned on muticore processor support and it seems much better...

I can't find anything in the manual about it though, or online really. Just vague stuff on traktor bible saying have it on or off if you want...

Surely, in theory, should have it on with a MBP right?

I just switched it on as my MBP is a quad core i7. I guess it wouldn't be a bad thing having it on on.

So far so good as I havn't experienced any kind of freezes or drop outs with Traktor.

In theory...if you have a dual core or quad core processor then it should help but you never know with NIs programming.

On TSP2.5 i was surfing the net and got the odd drop out so was gonna look at latency... then I saw the box and ticked it.

Then 2.5 didn't seem effected by surfing the net.

I'm gonna keep it on.

I have it off on Traktor 2.5; with my old 2.1.1, the MCP on caused a lot of Traktor load so I turned it off. Not sure if it makes a difference with 2.5 now.
