Master Tempo Bug in 2.5

I know there have been a few other bugs reported around the Master tempo but I believe I found a different but maybe related one, and its real easy to reproduce.

Beatmatch two tracks together so that their phases are equal. Set either one of the tracks to be the master, and then stop that track. Now look at the phase of the track of the other track that is still playing. The phase gets thrown off by a slight amount. Even with beat sync on both tracks before you stop it, the phase will still get offset when you stop the master track.

Any one else getting this problem? Know a solution? Thanks for reading.
