Nereida Stidd 14.06.2012 | I had a question I'm new to the music I wonder where I should beginen me a midi or a fighter NI s4 novation or maybe a twitch or maybe NI machine or machine mikro. sorry for the bad play I typed in google translate Thomas |
Nereida Stidd 20.06.2012 | looks very good |
Jerica Salava 20.06.2012 | The Behringer CMD Studio 4 comes out next month for $200 US. It's has a built-in soundcard too. > |
Nereida Stidd 20.06.2012 | Thanks for The feedback |
Maxwell Zubke 19.06.2012 | I learned on the Mixtrack Pro and was very happy with it. It was really tightly integrated with VirtualDJ, so that is what I learned on. I really wish I had known about Traktor then because its so fantastic. |
Shawnta Orenstein 19.06.2012 | I am a beginner too and just bought the Novation Twitch as i believe that is a great controller with lots of features to grow in, and as many others say.. buy used locally as you will be able to test before you buy.. i made a real deal on my Twitch got it for around $150 as the guy thought you couldnt use the same software again, but as serato itch is free it is no problem |
Chrissy Kynard 19.06.2012 | I would suggest buying local used goods, if possible. You can often get a fantastic deal from the person and get to try out the instrument/see its condition hands-on before purchase, ensuring satisfaction in both your wallet and performance. |
Fannie Ohayre 19.06.2012 | It's a nice controller. |
Nereida Stidd 18.06.2012 | Yes and wat about the ni s2 |
Fannie Ohayre 18.06.2012 | My advice would be to figure out what kind of DJ you want to be (Club, Bar or Mobil), which DJ software you want to use, then how much are you willing to spend. After that which controller to buy will be a bit easier. |
Nereida Stidd 17.06.2012 | Thanks for THE FEEDBACK |
Werner Bile 14.06.2012 | Watch around on guitarcenter.com in the used gear
section too(if you're in the US, I'm not sure if they ship internationally). I picked up my Twitch for $200 that way. |
Darlene Strohbeck 14.06.2012 | I would steer clear of the mindset of buying "beginner" gear. Like with anything, you want something at least mid-range, because whenever you buy gear you want to consider "resale" and whether it has the features that'll keep you going for a while. Otherwise you're going to be stuck with some "beginner" gear that nobody wants to buy, then it's pretty much a paperweight. Figure out if you want to go the controller route, or go the "scratch" route via CD Players, or Turntables. Since it seems like you want controllers, the Novation Twitch is a good place to start. It has very "pro" features which will keep you entertained indefinitely, is a decent piece of gear, and can be had right now for as little as $399US. |
Nereida Stidd 14.06.2012 | thanks |
Rosario Whitington 14.06.2012 | It depends on what you want. Do you want to dj, produce or a whole other thing? There are plenty of threads about good beginner gear for both areas (djing, producing). Go and read some reviews on this site, http://djworx.com/ and look around at this community It requires alot of researching, before you find the right gear, (thrust me been there, done that :-) ) If you have the opportunity go to your local musicstore and try the different gear There you will probably also be given alot of advice. best of luck FEEDIT |
