I've basically said it all in the title A friend is planning on buying a small PA and needs your advice.

PS We can probably get Yamaha at a discount so please have that in mind

Yeah, thats what I'm believeing too, he needs a bigger budget. Probably 20% for the discount but even that isn't much considering Yamaha isn't a low end brand.
