Getting out to record labels
Getting out to record labels Posted on: 22.06.2012 by Orpha Battel I know this is a Digital DJing community
, but I know there are several of us that produce as well...I just asked a member this, and wanted to reach out to all others (mainly those that are just getting in): How do you go from finished or unfinished track to a possible deal with a label? I'm not believeing of specifically large labels (that'd be nice), but ones that release tracks in the same (or similar) genre as said finished/unfinished tracks. PMs of advice are also welcome. Thanks! | |

Orpha Battel 24.06.2012 | Thanks for the tip! I'll try that out |
Nedra Fresneda 22.06.2012 | After I give my priority labels a week each to decide if they are interested or not, I spam the list that I built over the years (around 70 candidates). Scout the website of the labels that you believe that might release your stuff, most of them have their demo email listed there. |
